TPC Town Hall Meetings Monday. Get your questions answered!

TPC Town Hall Meetings Monday. Get your questions answered!

Brent Coon & Associates will hold two town hall meetings on Monday, December 16th at 4:30PM and 6:30PM, located at the Groves Community Center. BCA Founder Brent Coon will speak at 4:30PM and 6:30PM. Brent Coon & Associates will continue to host such meetings for the convenience of clients and other interested parties through the foreseeable future.

The town hall meetings will cover the litigation related to the TPC Explosion and will give those in the community the opportunity to ask questions and speak with attorneys that are knowledgeable in this type of litigation. BCA is one of the leading law firms in the country on these types of legal matters and can address just about any questions related to the incident and resulting damages. While we have a National presence in this type of litigation, our home office and headquarters have always been right here in Jefferson County.

This meeting is a great opportunity for those in the community to attend and get their questions answered. We encourage everyone to attend the town hall meeting and to bring their friends and family. You do not have to be a current client of Brent Coon & Associates to attend the meeting.

Brent Coon & Associates knows how important it is to inform our neighbors of the steps that they can take to protect themselves, their loved ones and their property. We will explain and recap the causes of the plant explosion, what chemicals were released, what health and property concerns should be considered and addressed, how to protect your interests in examining structural property damage, evacuation damages, business interruption damages and other adverse impact. We will also cover what you should do, and shouldn’t do, in the event you are contacted by TPC representatives. This area is still at high risk, as a recurring shelter in place reminds us. There is much more for concerned neighbors of this plant to know and we can provide much of that information.

This briefing will include what our investigations have revealed to date, which includes what the plant actually makes and how, the chemicals involved and at issue, what we believe the process system failures were that caused the explosion, what our experts and investigators have found out, as well as what firm attorneys have been able to find out from discussing the matter with numerous witnesses over the last few weeks.
